We’ve added a few new updates to our social listening solution:
Mention Tables: A new tile in Analytics reports shows a list of mentions compared by platform, reach, location, gender, sentiment, and emotion.
Report Templates: Get started quicker with two new analytics templates based on saved searches in Insights so you can dive deeper into what online conversations are saying.
Other changes:
Curly quotes now also work when a new search is being created
The Team selector is auto-populated with a default option when saving a quick search
“Clear filter” actions added next to each of the filters in the Filter Panel
Updated tooltips and other quick search features behavior
Mention drill-down added to sentiment pie chart
