Hootsuite Impact users now have the ability to create, modify and delete their own custom metrics in Impact Settings within Hootsuite Analytics. Use the formula builder to create your own metrics based on your own business goals, removing any tedious and repetitive manual calculations.
Examples of using custom metrics include:
Creating a consistent engagement metric across different social platforms
Calculating metrics not available via API such as ROAS
Creating percentage metrics such as engagement rate for easy measurement
