With the addition of Inbox to the Hootsuite Dashboard, customers can now easily monitor all Facebook and Twitter private conversations in one view, and easily read and reply to their community. Inbox displays messages in threaded conversations and allows for easy collaboration between teams with assignments, filtering, and message tagging.
