Manage and respond to Google My Business reviews more easily with two new enhancements in Hootsuite.

You can now filter unanswered reviews with a single toggle and export reviews for analysis and reporting, helping you stay on top of customer feedback and turn insights into action faster.

Google My Business reviews are a critical source of customer feedback. These new enhancements make it easier for you to manage responses and analyze review data directly within Hootsuite, so you can focus on improving engagement and understanding sentiment across locations.

What’s new

  • You can now filter Google My Business reviews using a dedicated toggle that shows only reviews that have not yet received a response. This gives you immediate visibility into where attention is needed.

  • You can also export Google My Business reviews from selected locations in a CSV file. This allows you to take review data outside Hootsuite for deeper analysis, reporting, and record keeping.
