Google My Business reviews are a critical source of customer feedback. These new enhancements make it easier for you to manage responses and analyze review data directly within Hootsuite, so you can focus on improving engagement and understanding sentiment across locations.
What’s new
You can now filter Google My Business reviews using a dedicated toggle that shows only reviews that have not yet received a response. This gives you immediate visibility into where attention is needed.
You can also export Google My Business reviews from selected locations in a CSV file. This allows you to take review data outside Hootsuite for deeper analysis, reporting, and record keeping.

User experience updates
