
Extended time to reply to Facebook private messages

In light of the COVID-19 crisis, Facebook has temporarily increased the time to respond to Facebook private messages in your Hootsuite Inbox from 7 days to 21 days. This will give more time for businesses to respond to customers whose inquiries couldn’t be handled in a timely manner. The period extension will be in effect until July 15, 2020.
