Talkwalker's Usage Insights section (formerly Usage Stats) now includes All Dashboards, All Reports, and All Alerts views, giving you a structured table for every asset across your projects.

Previously, reviewing dashboards, reports, and alerts across projects meant checking usage limits and exporting data one asset at a time, with little visibility into how assets were organized. Now you can see used versus allowed counts per project, search across every asset type, and export data individually or in bulk, cutting down on repetitive manual steps.

How it Works

Using Usage Insights is simple: open the Usage Insights page and select All Dashboards, All Reports, or All Alerts from any asset card. These views let you review, search, and export your assets without leaving the page.

• Review across projects – Switch between All Projects and single project views to see dashboards, reports, or alerts exactly where you need them.

• Check usage at a glance – Each project table shows a Used/Limit counter, so you know exactly where you stand before creating anything new.

• Export in bulk – Select multiple assets, an entire project, or your whole account, and export the data in one action.

• Search instead of scroll – Use the search bar to jump straight to the dashboard, report, or alert you need, then collapse the rest.

By bringing dashboard, report, and alert management into one structured, exportable view, Usage Insights helps you stay on top of usage limits and asset sprawl, so you can spend less time hunting for data and more time acting on it.
